Titan Intelligence · Anomaly Scan
Every entity's TB ties (debits = credits, $0.00), but the scan flagged 8 items worth a look — led by widespread negative book cash (net −$1.86M across 7 entities; Annapolis −$846K is the largest), $2.01M in Undeposited Funds, and a $884K backlog of unposted JEs. Suspense itself is clean (~$1K). These are the things that wouldn't show up if you only checked that the books balance.

What "Uncategorized $" means
It's a "to-sort" pile — money that hit the books before anyone said which account it belongs in (an unidentified deposit, a payment with no invoice, a transfer that didn't match). Accountants call it a suspense or "Ask-My-Accountant" account. The books still balance, but those dollars need to be sorted into the right account before the close is trustworthy. Right now this is basically clean — only about $1K group-wide. The real cleanup here is the negative book cash and the $2.01M of Undeposited Funds above.
Re-sync & re-scan now
Re-pulls each entity's TB from the R365 OData endpoint, re-checks debits = credits, and re-runs the anomaly scan. Read-only — nothing is written back to R365.
